Winners here were picked by a seeded shuffle, not by anyone's opinion. Each draw records the random seed it used and the exact list of entrants it used it on, so the result can be recalculated by anybody. Download a draw and run it through the verifier: if the numbers don't come out the same, we've got some explaining to do.

The honest caveat: this proves the published winners follow from the published seed, not that the seed was the first one rolled. That's why every draw is listed below, replaced ones included. If someone kept rolling until they liked it, you'll see it.
