#GMOD-23: When holding 3 grenades, the first one thrown opens the gmod weapons menu

this was only found and tested on wingman but may exist elsewhere when buying three different grenades, the first thrown grenade opens the gmod weapons UI when trying to switch weapons too quickly. This issue does not happen when throwing a grenade when there are two different ones, only when there are 3

@Blazing I now believe that I have fixed this bug in addition, I have made some improvements to make the switcher update faster and prevent further errors, If you are free tonight would you be willing to help test on the dev branch?
